Elden Dwellings when purchased contained five, dilapidated, detached dwellings on a 20,000 square foot lot. A major, eco-friendly renovation was then induced to rehabilitate the structures that were originally built at different times between the 1920’s and 1960’s. The repositioning of the property to an eco-conscious, progressive rental community has been very successful.
The Pearl is a 9,500 square foot mixed use (office over retail) building constructed on what was once a gas station site. The contaminated soil had to be cleaned prior to excavating the subterranean garage. The office tenants enjoy 180-degree views of the Pacific Ocean and Laguna’s coastline. The project is now home to some of Laguna Beach’s most prosperous businesses including the Wine Gallery Laguna Beach.
