Minaret Development Partners (MDP) was formed with the intension of building and rehabilitating eco -conscious real estate projects within Southern California’s urban core. The outdated urban sprawl model which had dominated city planning in the west for decades has subsequently proven to eat up precious natural resources, increase traffic and pollution, infringe on wildlife and diminish vibrant urban communities and culture. Consequently, an increasing number of municipalities are evolving and have or are in the process of revising city zoning codes allowing for a rebirth of California’s aging urban areas. In increasing numbers, cities and its residents are rediscovering that mass transportation and growing up (density) and not out (sprawl) is the only way to sustain future growth and preserve our precious natural resources. MDP has targeted specific coastal areas and progressive municipalities and understands the challenging dynamics of designing, building and redeveloping urban infill and dense coastal community projects. With an added emphasis on architecture and design, MDP’s projects are unique and distinguish themselves within the marketplace.
MDP is a partnership between Bryan Murphy and Jeff Bowers. Bryan and Jeff combined have over 30 years of real estate experience running their respective businesses BM Lindsey, Inc. and Bowers Properties Inc.
